Bill Di Nardo

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Di Nardo is an eCommerce pioneer and serial entrepreneur from Toronto, Canada. As CEO of Pivotree, Bill drives his vision to adapt relentlessly in an ever-evolving eCommerce landscape, and enables clients to do the same. He started his career as a tech entrepreneur in 1997 with Grocery Gateway - one of the first major pure-play eCommerce brands in the GTA, that is still thriving today. Bill founded Eventi Capital Partners in 2002, and has been involved in a number of efforts to invest in growth stage technology service companies since then. Bill is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business, and plays an active role in entrepreneurial program there.

Edgar Aranha

Country Manager, India

Edgar Aranha brings to Pivotree 20 years of broad-based leadership experience across the Americas, Asia, and Europe, with extensive merger, acquisition and integration expertise. Prior to joining Pivotree, Edgar served as Vice President and Head of Human Resources for CGI Canada. He also held leadership roles at Advanced Micro Devices and Aon Hewitt Consulting. Edgar’s global experience includes directing human capital strategy and human resource functions for large technology, retail and service corporations. He is highly skilled in analyzing and interpreting organization structures, developing strategic direction, and creating processes that add value and meet company goals and objectives.

Mo Ashoor

Chief Financial Officer

As Pivotree’s Chief Financial Officer, Mo leads the organizations corporate functions to support the growth of the organization, and also plays a critical role in driving a profitable and sustainable business for investors. Prior to Pivotree, Mo held senior finance roles with Cox Automotive Canada, Aon Hewitt Canada and Accenture Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University, and is a designated CPA and CMA. With a comprehensive background in working closely with executive teams across the organization, Mo has established a reputation for being a key business partner.

Cliff Isaacson

Chief Product Officer

Cliff, Pivotree's Chief Product Officer, leads product teams, driving innovation and portfolio strategy based on customer needs. With 20+ years in technology leadership and product management, he has diverse experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing, and aftermarket sales. Former roles include leadership positions at o9 Solutions, Blue Ridge Global, and Revionics, as well as founding and growing startups. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Todd Jurkuta

President and Chief Operations Officer

Having worked with global organizations to deliver scalable and sustainable growth, Todd brings extensive technical and operational leadership to the mix. Todd is responsible for Pivotree's global professional and managed services operations. . Prior to Pivotree, Todd held several senior leadership roles with NTT DATA including Senior Vice President - Manufacturing & Transportation Business, and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer for NTT DATA's Public Sector business. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago. With deep experience in building and empowering global teams, enhancing acquisition value, and aligning geographically dispersed operations, Todd has established a reputation for enhancing business value.

Kyle Metcalf

Chief Revenue Officer

Kyle is an accomplished executive with a 20+ year history of fostering revenue growth across many different organizations. His strategic expertise is showcased in his capacity to overhaul corporate structures, chart strategic frameworks, and instate value-adding processes aligned with company goals. As the founder of Rackspace Digital, Kyle grew the business to over $100M in his role as General Manager. His dynamic approach in senior roles, including CEO, President and Chief Revenue Officer, give him a unique background in improving company frameworks and propelling growth and sales through his dynamic leadership.

Joel Farquhar

Chief Architect

Joel, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of technical strategy experience, specializes in driving successful large-scale digital transformation initiatives. His focus on B2C and B2B eCommerce solutions for North America's leading brands showcases his deep understanding of the digital commerce landscape. As a pivotal member of the Pivotree leadership team, Joel manages and evolves Pivotree's Commerce business, aligning technology decisions with business outcomes. With an Honours degree in computer science and a BA in Psychology from Carleton University, Joel's expertise lies in bridging the gap between technology and commerce to propel business growth. He has been with the company since its early founding.

Sarah Kirk-Douglas

Vice President, Marketing

Sarah is responsible for leading demand generation, brand, communication and marketing operations at Pivotree. She brings over 18 years of experience as an award-winning global marketer with a focus on technology. Prior to Pivotree, she was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for SecureKey where she played a critical role in bringing Verified. Me the blockchain-based digital identity service, to market. Sarah has held senior global marketing roles in the technology industry at Avaya, Certes Networks, Syndesis and Nakina.

Joanna Lesniewski

Senior Vice President, Global Professional Services

Joanna, a seasoned leader with over 15 years of transformative leadership experience, currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Professional Services at Pivotree. She brings over a decade of management and human resources expertise to the team, guiding the company through scaling initiatives and fostering a cohesive corporate culture aligned with core values. Her journey to the top ranks of leadership has been marked by a relentless focus on core business strategy and razor-sharp execution. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois, Joanna seamlessly integrates academic principles into her leadership approach.
