NRF 2020 – “Retail’s Big Show”: January 11-14, New York City

Conference attendees will gain insights and inspiration as they explore the renowned Expo floor and choose from sessions featuring over 400 visionary speakers.

 

eTail eCommerce & Omnichannel Retail Conference – Dates/Locations Below

eTail attendees have two opportunities to head to the show: eTail West on February 24-27 in Palm Springs, California; and eTail East on August 10-13 in Boston.

Touted as the most interactive conference ever, eTail delivers actionable insights direct from the retail trenches and helps guests make connections at fun-focused social outings.

 

RSA Conference 2020: February 24-28, San Francisco

RSA brings together cybersecurity leaders and peers for 500 expert-led sessions, 30+ keynotes, training, innovation, and networking. Themed around the Human Element, the 2020 conference aims to equip attendees with the intelligence, insights, and connections they need to safeguard the digital world. 

 

Shoptalk 2020: March 22-25, Las Vegas

Organizers of the popular Shoptalk Conference recently made an exciting announcement – in 2020, the show’s agenda will proudly feature 100% women-speaker sessions, a move that appropriately kicks-off the next decade of retail innovation. The 2020 show will also add new formats, including deep dives and case studies, immersive visual experiences, interactive audience sessions, industry frameworks, and rapid-fire debates.

 

Gartner Data & Analytics Summit: March 23-26, Grapevine, Texas

At the annual Gartner Data & Analytics Summit, attendees access research-backed sessions and expert advice from a roster of Gartner analysts and experienced practitioners. Attend the 2020 show to be among the first to hear about emerging data and analytics trends, validate your strategy, and leave with a solid action plan for the year ahead.

 

B2B Online: April 20-22, Chicago

The Windy City will once again set the stage for B2B Online, bringing together the top minds in manufacturing and distribution. The conference agenda was just released, featuring 70+ speaking sessions curated to drive innovation and growth, plus 30+ hours of structured and unstructured networking activities.

 

IRCE at RetailX: June 9-11, Chicago

The Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition, or RetailX, is the go-to conference and tradeshow for all things e-commerce. Amidst a transforming retail landscape, RetailX will offer new agenda items for 2020, including SmartRetail, TechTalks, XStage, and Pop-Ups with a Purpose.

 

CommerceNext 2020: July 28-29, New York City

The CommerceNext show will focus on helping attendees with customer acquisition strategies. E-commerce leaders will come together for two days packed with 50 sessions, including 11 keynotes, 30+ breakouts, and even an award show honoring industry leaders.

 

Digital Transformation Connect (Formerly B2B Connect): August 31 – September 2, San Diego

Digital Transformation Connect, rebranded from B2B Connect, is an invite-only, executive-level meeting of B2B leaders in manufacturing and distribution. Attendees can expect to meet at least 75 of the most senior-level executives from North America’s most successful organizations – all while enjoying three days of networking, sharing, and benchmarking their business.

 

DMEXCO: September 23-24, Cologne, Germany

The Digital Marketing Exposition & Conference, or DMEXCO, is the meeting place for key players in digital business, marketing, and innovation. Over 14,000 visitors and 700 speakers will convene for the 2020 conference to transform ideas into actions for the new decade.

 

B2B Next: September 29-October 1, Chicago

The annual B2B Next Conference & Exhibition has a single goal: To equip B2B executives with actionable plans to win the e-commerce race. Attendees can expect insights from experienced B2B executives, case studies from leading companies, interactive workshops, and peer-to-peer roundtable discussions.

 

MDM Data Governance Summit: New York City, Dates TBA

Information Management’s MDM Data Governance Summit will be held in NYC. Though the date is still pending, sources indicate that the conference will likely take place in November. 

The Summit helps MDM professionals at all experience levels engage with like-minded peers and learn from a wide array of use cases, issue-specific sessions, and best practice panel discussions.

SAP Customer Experience LIVE: Multiple Dates/Locations

AWS Global Summits: Multiple Dates/Locations

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Summit Program features free events held throughout the year. The 2020 program locations and dates will be released soon on their website. Hot topics will include Blockchain, Database migration, Machine learning, IoT, and more.

 

EnterWorks Engage: Date/Location TBA

The annual EnterWorks Engage User Conference brings Multi-domain Experience Management to life with a dynamic event centered around idea sharing and innovation to help drive business results. Attendees can expect powerful keynote addresses, interactive training with MDM experts, educational sessions, customer case studies, and memorable moments shared with the Enable community. 

 

Oracle CX: March 23-26, Chicago

Oracle CX organizers recently announced their 2020 speaker lineup of CX legends. Professionals in marketing, commerce, sales, and services can look forward to learning from these CX experts and practitioners, hearing analysts’ perspectives on CX’s future and connecting one-on-one with their peers.

 

Informatica World 2020: May 18-21, Las Vegas

Informatica World 2020 is themed around AI-driven data management. The agenda will feature 100+ sessions, specialized learning tracks, networking, and fun – plus new additions of an Industry Day for c-suite/leaders and two TED Talks.

 

SAP Sapphire: May 12-14, Orlando, Florida

SAP Sapphire Now is an annual conference that allows users and partners to experience SAP innovation through customer showcases, solution demonstrations, and insightful speaking sessions. Attendees will learn how to turn insight into action while building strong connections in the industry.

 

Coveo Impact: June 2-4, San Francisco

Known as a game-changing conference for customer experience professionals, Coveo Impact brings together a community of industry leaders for 70+ interactive sessions and five powerful keynotes. Over the three-day event, attendees will explore what’s possible when you unlock the power of AI and deliver effortless digital experiences.

 

Bloomreach Connect:  San Francisco & Amsterdam – Dates TBA

Bloomreach Connect will host two shows packed with customer stories and idea-sharing, all centered around navigating the world of connected experiences. The first show in San Francisco will likely take place in June, while Amsterdam’s show will likely be held in October. You can stay updated on show announcements on the Bloomreach site.

 

Oracle Insight: July 13-14, Boston

Insight brings together Oracle Commerce users for a three-day conference filled with educational breakouts, an exhibit hall, keynotes, hands-on labs, customer panels, and unique networking activities like the Morning Fun Run. The tentative agenda is posted on the CommercePros event site along with early bird registration.

 

Stibo Customer Connect: September 14-16, Berlin

The Stibo Customer Connect User Conference will center around harnessing the power of data to meet customers’ evolving demands. Attendees are encouraged to envision a better world as they learn from deep-dive sessions, network with peers, and receive enlightening insights from some of the brightest minds in the world of data.

 

Oracle OpenWorld: September 21-24 – New Location!

Oracle has announced that its annual user conference – Oracle OpenWorld – has been moved to a new location. That’s right; attendees will head to Las Vegas in 2020! Conference hosts are excited to bring their comprehensive technology and developer conferences to a city that offers memorable, state-of-the-art experiences.

 

Dreamforce 2020: November 9-12, San Francisco

The Dreamforce adventure awaits in 2020 with a conference that brings together Salesforce experts, Dreamforce newbies, and vets – collectively known as Trailblazers – to network, exchange ideas, tour the Customer Success Expo, and form lasting connections. The show offers thousands of sessions to help attendees develop new skills and elevate their careers.
