You built a business case, conducted an RFP, selected a system, and now you’re up and running on the platform. Only…you’re not thrilled with the results. Maybe you couldn’t move forward with your complete wish list for the project all at once. Or perhaps your timeframe didn’t allow for the optimal level of planning. These issues (and countless others) are common and completely understandable. The good news is you don’t need to start the process over again. There are steps you can take now to ensure your PIM or MDM platform starts delivering the ROI you (and your leaders) expect. Why address this now?
